Key Responsibilities

  • Developing concepts and ideas for content campaigns

  • Defining the brand tone and narrative and ensuring consistency across all communication channels

  • Creating annual and quarterly content direction in line with the brand communication strategy

  • Developing and managing the content calendar

  • Structuring social media content according to platform specifics

  • Writing social media texts and posts

  • Formulating communication messages for campaigns

  • Developing narratives for projects and events

  • Collaborating effectively with photographers, videographers, designers, and content creators

  • Communicating with external agencies and partners within content projects

  • Ensuring fast content delivery after events and shootings

  • Conducting final quality control of communication materials before publication

  • Using social media platform features effectively for brand communication

  • Periodically auditing and updating the company website content

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in content management, brand communications, or marketing

  • Strong writing and editing skills in Georgian (English proficiency will be considered an advantage)

  • Practical experience in copywriting and the ability to create different types of communication texts

  • Good knowledge of social media platforms and content formats

  • Ability to plan and organize content (content calendar, campaigns, projects)

  • Attention to detail and high quality standards

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage deadlines

  • Strong communication skills when working with teams and external partners
