Head of Sales Duties:

  • Business leader with particular expertise in understanding customer strategy and needs;
  • Grow the Business through developing strategic relationships with your customers;
  • Manage and implement effective joint business plans;
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders;
  • Maximize revenue and profit;
  • Establish partnerships and engagement by generating an impact on customer business;
  • Serves as the face of the company to the customer and informs voice of the customer in the company;
  • Delight the customer – give our customer added value.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Higher education of Business administration or other related fields;
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience on the same position;
  • Working experience in the FMCG or Retail industry;
  • Advanced knowledge of English (C1 Level);
  • Proficient knowledge of Russian language;
