Main Responsibilities

Planning and implementation of marketing strategy

Planning/management of advertising campaigns

Sales support, analytics, and ensuring effectiveness

Brand positioning and defining communication direction

Planning and control of social media content

Planning of the advertising budget and analysis of effectiveness

Coordination with designers, content creators, and partners

Analysis of campaign results, definition and monitoring of KPIs

Analysis of the market, competitors, and consumer behavior

Preparation of periodic reports for management
Qualification Requirements
-
Work experience in the field of marketing (min. 2 years)
-
Knowledge of digital marketing channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.)

Analytical thinking and result-oriented mindset
-
Creativity and ability to work independently

Strong communication skills
-
Knowledge of English or Russian language
-
Work experience in eCommerce and online subscriptions will be considered an advantage.
