Main Responsibilities

  • Planning and implementation of marketing strategy

  • Planning/management of advertising campaigns

  • Sales support, analytics, and ensuring effectiveness

  • Brand positioning and defining communication direction

  • Planning and control of social media content

  • Planning of the advertising budget and analysis of effectiveness

  • Coordination with designers, content creators, and partners

  • Analysis of campaign results, definition and monitoring of KPIs

  • Analysis of the market, competitors, and consumer behavior

  • Preparation of periodic reports for management

Qualification Requirements

  • Work experience in the field of marketing (min. 2 years)

  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.)

  • Analytical thinking and result-oriented mindset

  • Creativity and ability to work independently

  • Strong communication skills

  • Knowledge of English or Russian language

  • Work experience in eCommerce and online subscriptions will be considered an advantage.
