Functions and responsibilities:
- Negotiations with suppliers and agreement on commercial terms;
- Search for new suppliers / products both internationally (at exhibitions) and in the local market and selection of optimal partners;
- Constant updating and development of the supplier base;
- Planning the procurement budget by year and month;
- Planning, management and control of the full procurement cycle;
- Organizing transportation of purchases and controlling deadlines;
- Cooperation with logistics companies;
- Production of documentation required for import;
- Determining pricing policy and market research;
- Determining the selling price of products and controlling margins;
- Reflecting the product assortment in the program and managing it;
- Determining individual assortment by branches and supplying new products;
- Regular analysis of balances and assortment;
- Sales analysis by categories;
- Management of expired and short-lived products;
Qualification Requirments:
- Higher education in finance or general management;
- Work experience in the position of procurement manager for at least 2 years;
- High level of proficiency in office programs;
- English language knowledge at B2 level;
