Functions and responsibilities:
- Management and coordination of the marketing team;
- Planning marketing research, analyzing users and the market and using the results in strategic decisions;
- Strategic development of various directions of the Academy;
- Creating a unified vision of content and communication;
- Effective management of digital channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Email, etc.);
- Development of partnership relations with companies.
Qualification requirements:
- Higher education in marketing, business administration or a related field;
- At least 3 years of work experience in the field of marketing;
- Experience in conducting and analyzing marketing research;
- Knowledge of digital marketing and analytics;
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.);
- Experience in content and brand management;
- Experience in budget planning and management;
- Knowledge of marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.);
- Perfect knowledge of Georgian; Knowledge of English (B2+)
