Functions and responsibilities:

  • Management and coordination of the marketing team;
  • Planning marketing research, analyzing users and the market and using the results in strategic decisions;
  •  Strategic development of various directions of the Academy;
  •  Creating a unified vision of content and communication;
  •  Effective management of digital channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Email, etc.);
  •  Development of partnership relations with companies.

Qualification requirements:

  • Higher education in marketing, business administration or a related field;
  •  At least 3 years of work experience in the field of marketing;
  •  Experience in conducting and analyzing marketing research;
  •  Knowledge of digital marketing and analytics;
  •  Knowledge of digital marketing channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.);
  •  Experience in content and brand management;
  •  Experience in budget planning and management;
  •  Knowledge of marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.);
  •  Perfect knowledge of Georgian; Knowledge of English (B2+)
