Main responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of the company’s sales strategy;
- Management of the B2B sales team, definition of KPIs and monitoring of results;
- Coordination of the expansion of the partnership network, management and negotiation of relationships with strategic partners, strengthening and developing relationships with existing clients;
- Market analysis and identification of growth opportunities, assessment of competitors, trends and new markets Optimization of sales processes, structuring, automation and increasing efficiency of processes;
- Support for regional expansion, development and implementation of sales strategies for entering new countries/cities;
- Coordination with relevant departments;
- Regular reporting to management;
Qualification requirements:
- Higher education in business administration;
- High level of English language proficiency;
- At least 4-5 years of experience in sales (preferably in a technology startup environment);
- Experience in a managerial position;
- Strong analytical and commercial thinking;
