Main responsibilities:

  •  Development and implementation of the company’s sales strategy;
  •  Management of the B2B sales team, definition of KPIs and monitoring of results;
  •  Coordination of the expansion of the partnership network, management and negotiation of relationships with strategic partners, strengthening and developing relationships with existing clients;
  •  Market analysis and identification of growth opportunities, assessment of competitors, trends and new markets Optimization of sales processes, structuring, automation and increasing efficiency of processes;
  •  Support for regional expansion, development and implementation of sales strategies for entering new countries/cities;
  •  Coordination with relevant departments;
  •  Regular reporting to management;

Qualification requirements:

  • Higher education in business administration;
  •  High level of English language proficiency;
  •  At least 4-5 years of experience in sales (preferably in a technology startup environment);
  •  Experience in a managerial position;
  •  Strong analytical and commercial thinking;
