Key Responsibilities:

  • Adapt and effectively implement the global brand strategy in the Georgian market;
  • Develop and manage the annual marketing and communication plan;
  • Ensure brand awareness and customer engagement growth;
  • Plan and coordinate PR, Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing and other promotional activities;
  • Manage the product launch process for new products;
  • Constant communication with brand representatives and international partners;
  • Analyze the market, consumer behavior and competitive environment;
  • Control brand standards and visual presentation (Merchandising) in retail outlets;
  • Organize events, presentations and special activities;
  • Monitor and report on sales, marketing activities and brand results;

Qualification requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing or category development;
  • Experience in Beauty, Luxury, FMCG or Retail sector is preferred;
  • Experience working with international brands or partners;
  • Experience in successfully launching new products to the market;
  • Higher education in business administration, marketing or related field;Fluent English (oral and written);
  • Strong analytical, strategic and communication skills;
  • Experience in independently managing projects;
  • Results-oriented and proactive approach;
