Key Responsibilities:
- Adapt and effectively implement the global brand strategy in the Georgian market;
- Develop and manage the annual marketing and communication plan;
- Ensure brand awareness and customer engagement growth;
- Plan and coordinate PR, Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing and other promotional activities;
- Manage the product launch process for new products;
- Constant communication with brand representatives and international partners;
- Analyze the market, consumer behavior and competitive environment;
- Control brand standards and visual presentation (Merchandising) in retail outlets;
- Organize events, presentations and special activities;
- Monitor and report on sales, marketing activities and brand results;
Qualification requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing or category development;
- Experience in Beauty, Luxury, FMCG or Retail sector is preferred;
- Experience working with international brands or partners;
- Experience in successfully launching new products to the market;
- Higher education in business administration, marketing or related field;Fluent English (oral and written);
- Strong analytical, strategic and communication skills;
- Experience in independently managing projects;
- Results-oriented and proactive approach;
