The Payroll Practical Course has been completed and the participants have successfully completed all the important stages of the program. During the course, they not only studied the theoretical foundations of labor remuneration, but also practically created a complete Payroll model and the tools necessary for the real work process.

Within the framework of the program, the participants discussed in detail the full Payroll cycle – from processing incoming data and documentation, to calculating wages, taking into account tax obligations and preparing final reports. Attention was paid to the accuracy of the Payroll process, its compliance with the law and its connection with HR administration. The participants also got acquainted with the legal foundations, that part of labor and tax legislation that is important for the proper management of the labor remuneration process.

One of the parts of the course was the practical use of Excel in Payroll processes. The participants created an automated payroll model, worked with various formulas and functions, data consolidation and reporting, which allows them to significantly simplify daily work processes.

Participants’ evaluations and feedback are especially important to us, because it is their experience that allows us to constantly develop the learning process.
