Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote real estate projects, with a special focus on creativity, branding and audience engagement.
- Develop the idea city brand through effective campaigns and strong storytelling.
- Work closely with sales and design teams to create a unified marketing strategy.
- Participate in content creation for digital media, print materials and events to ensure consistent and high-quality brand communication.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback and competitor activities to continuously improve marketing strategies.
- Facilitate creative idea generation and brainstorming processes.
- Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, while adhering to budget and brand standards.
- Coordinate with development, design and sales teams for effective campaign execution.
- Constantly monitor trends in the marketing and real estate sectors and initiate new ideas.
Qualification requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
- Strong interest in marketing, design and the creative industry.
- Experience in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field is an advantage, although we also welcome candidates with new, creative and different perspectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with good storytelling ability.
- High creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, flexible and results-oriented approach.
- Fluency in Georgian and English (spoken and written) is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Tbilisi real estate market and local trends will be considered an advantage.
