Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote real estate projects, with a special focus on creativity, branding and audience engagement.
  • Develop the idea city brand through effective campaigns and strong storytelling.
  • Work closely with sales and design teams to create a unified marketing strategy.
  • Participate in content creation for digital media, print materials and events to ensure consistent and high-quality brand communication.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback and competitor activities to continuously improve marketing strategies.
  • Facilitate creative idea generation and brainstorming processes.
  • Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, while adhering to budget and brand standards.
  • Coordinate with development, design and sales teams for effective campaign execution.
  • Constantly monitor trends in the marketing and real estate sectors and initiate new ideas.

Qualification requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
  • Strong interest in marketing, design and the creative industry.
  • Experience in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field is an advantage, although we also welcome candidates with new, creative and different perspectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with good storytelling ability.
  • High creativity and ability to think outside the box.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, flexible and results-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in Georgian and English (spoken and written) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Tbilisi real estate market and local trends will be considered an advantage.
