The mentoring program: “Strategic HR – Evaluation Systems and Motivational Schemes” was successfully completed

Within the framework of the program, the participants not only received in-depth theoretical knowledge, but also worked directly on their own teams within the framework of practice.

During the meetings, they studied and applied in practice the SMART principle of goal management and the alignment of individual goals with organizational goals. The participants analyzed the strategies for implementing MBO, OKR and KPI systems using successful case studies.

Much attention was paid to assessment tools. The participants developed quantitative and qualitative measures, self-assessment, 180° and 360° assessment methods. They practically discussed the performance and potential matrix (9 Grid Box), the integration of assessment results into performance management calculations.

A significant part of the program was devoted to the development of motivation theories and internal and external motivation schemes tailored to the interests of the company or employees. Graduates analyzed the role of personal development plans (PDP) and developed them. They also studied training needs analysis and effectiveness assessment methods.

At the final stage of the program, they mastered the techniques of giving constructive feedback, preparing for meetings, and communicating. Participants identified common mistakes made during evaluations, ways to avoid them, and interpreting the results of internal surveys.

Congratulations to each participant and wish them success!
