Key Responsibilities:
– Gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories & Acceptance Criteria)
– Analyzing and optimizing existing (AS-IS) processes and designing future (TO-BE) processes using BPMN 2.0/UML
– Participating in Agile/Scrum processes, facilitating Product Backlog refinement meetings, and clarifying requirements for the development team
– Preparing functional documentation for API integrations and communicating with technical teams
Qualification Requirements:
– At least 3 years of experience working as a business or systems analyst in the IT sector. – In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with Jira/Confluence
– Knowledge of process visualization and modeling standards (BPMN/UML)
– Understanding of API integration concepts and experience preparing related documentation
– English language proficiency for drafting technical documentation
Preferred qualifications (an advantage):
– Experience working with ERP systems (especially Odoo)
– Basic skills in working with databases and writing SQL queries (PostgreSQL, MS SQL)
– Experience working on projects in the financial or banking sector
– Knowledge of basic UI/UX prototyping tools (Figma, Wireframe)
