Course – HR Management and Recruitment Practice

On 7th March, We are starting an updated HR Management course based on practice, which has no analogues in the educational space of Georgia.

An intensive course was created in collaboration between Smart Academy and SMART Support, within the framework of which, in parallel with lectures, students will undergo a 3 month recruitment practice at SMART Support.

The HR management course includes 54 lecture hours and 63 practical hours, covering topics:

• HR Management principles, goals, tasks and administrative processes.
• The main indicators of employee evaluation;
• Effectively conducting the selection process and strategy development;
• HRM metrics;
• Creation of effective labor remuneration schemes;
• Implementation and development of assessment systems in the organization;
• Training planning, organization, implementation and feedback;
• Measuring and evaluating processes, procedures and policies.
