I especially liked that alongside the theoretical part, real-life examples and cases were discussed, both in HR management and in the recruitment process. The course helped me better understand the stages of communication with candidates, selection criteria, interview structuring, and the importance of onboarding. I also appreciated the lecturers’ engagement and the fact that they answered our questions in detail.
