Main Responsibilities:

  • Management of digital platforms (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)

  • Participation in the development of social media communication strategy

  • Active involvement in content creation for digital channels based on the existing strategy and target audiences

  • Planning and implementation of social media campaigns together with the team

  • Preparation of creative briefs

  • Selection of appropriate tone, style, and visual language for social media

  • Communication with graphic designers and content creators

  • Monitoring social media performance, analyzing current status, developing recommendations for improvement, and preparing social media campaign reports

Qualification Requirements:

  • Work experience in the position of Social Media Manager (min. 2 years)

  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.)

  • Analytical thinking and result-oriented mindset

  • Creativity and ability to work independently

  • Strong communication skills

  • Knowledge of English or Russian language

  • Work experience in eCommerce and online subscriptions will be considered an advantage.
