- Define collection triggers, contact strategies, and escalation paths by DPD bucket (e.g. DPD 60+ and DPD 90+ thresholds) in line with legal and provisioning requirements
- Segment and prioritize the vehicle-secured portfolio by risk, collateral value, and recoverability to maximize recovery rates and minimize losses
- Manage the debt sale process for written-off or aged receivables
- Leverage digital tools, dialer/CRM automation, and data analytics to improve contact rates, right-party contact, and overall operational efficiency
Team Leadership

- Set individual and team performance targets (contact rates, promise-to-pay conversion, recovery rate, days-to-repossession) and monitor against plan
- Foster a culture of accountability, resilience, and continuous improvement; develop negotiation, de-escalation, and field-operations skills across the team
- Conduct regular performance reviews, one-to-ones, and structured feedback; identify and develop future team leads
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze collection and repossession performance data (funnel conversion by stage, aging, vintage, channel effectiveness) and present regular reports to CEO
- Make data-driven decisions to reallocate resources between soft and hard collection channels, and to refine referral timing to Legal, based on observed recovery economics
