Duties and Responsibilities of a Service Manager:

  • Management of the company’s service operations;
  • Communication with customers and timely resolution of their requests and inquiries;
  • Acquisition of new customers and execution of various related procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Technical knowledge and relevant expertise;
  • English language proficiency, both spoken and written (B2 level);
  • Proficiency in computer programs related to the job;
  • Technical education considered an advantage.
