- Management of the company’s service operations;
- Communication with customers and timely resolution of their requests and inquiries;
- Acquisition of new customers and execution of various related procedures.
Qualifications:
- Technical knowledge and relevant expertise;
- English language proficiency, both spoken and written (B2 level);
- Proficiency in computer programs related to the job;
- Technical education considered an advantage.
