Main function-duties:

  • development of commercial plans in accordance with the goals and objectives of the company/control of execution;
  • Analysis of the market and trends according to the field of activity of the organizations included in the holding;
  • Development of monthly, quarterly and annual plans/budgets together with the founders and management of the company, checking the progress of the plan/budget execution, timely detection of deviations, analysis and formulation of implementation methods;
  • monitoring the monthly results of the organizations included in the holding, issuing instructions and controlling performance;
  • development of the marketing plan of the companies included in the holding and control of its implementation;
  • Monitoring commercial issues in holding organizations, observing current work processes, preparing statistics on commercial issues and initiating various changes with appropriate arguments;
  • Stimulation of managers in organizations included in the holding to fulfill set goals;
  • Development of joint and individual development plans with the heads of companies included in the holding, control of their implementation, joint work and formation of visions to increase the profitability of the companies;

Qualification requirements:

  • Work experience in a leading position in the direction of commerce (min. 3 years, commercial detective, deputy director of commerce, commercial manager).
  • It is necessary to know both Russian and English languages ​​(speaking level)
  • At least a little experience in this field is desirable. (import, construction)
