Main duties:
- Making phone calls to local companies to find potential customers from the company base
- Receiving the order and placing it in the customer base
- Organizing meetings, attending if necessary
- Communicating with customers to exchange information prior to order completion
- Establishing long-term relations with importing and exporting companies
Basic requirements:
- Work experience – telephone sales experience of 6 months or more is mandatory.
- Telephone sales experience in a call center and/or logistics area will be considered a priority
- Basic knowledge of office programs (Excel, MS Office, Outlook/E-mail);
- Experience working with CRM and BIA databases will be considered an advantage
- Foreign languages: English, Russian
