Main duties:
- Participate in the development of sales and marketing strategy for digital products, with data-driven approaches;
- Cooperation with multi-functional teams in the development of products and their optimization;
- Caring for conversion growth;
- Participation in the preparation, management and optimization of advertising campaigns for both mobile and web channels (Meta, Google Ads, Linkedin, TikTok, etc.);
- Collaborate closely with other teams to achieve combined efforts to achieve marketing and business goals – taking into account customer needs;
- Monitoring, analysis and optimization of marketing campaigns and key indicators of the conversion funnel.
- Conducting email campaigns
Qualification requirements:
- Experience in digital sales and/or marketing (minimum 2 years);
- knowledge of the English language;
- Experience in successfully developing and implementing digital strategies;
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, tools and best practices;
- use of analytical tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer, etc);
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices;
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems would be a plus.
