Main duties:

  • Participate in the development of sales and marketing strategy for digital products, with data-driven approaches;
  • Cooperation with multi-functional teams in the development of products and their optimization;
  • Caring for conversion growth;
  • Participation in the preparation, management and optimization of advertising campaigns for both mobile and web channels (Meta, Google Ads, Linkedin, TikTok, etc.);
  • Collaborate closely with other teams to achieve combined efforts to achieve marketing and business goals – taking into account customer needs;
  • Monitoring, analysis and optimization of marketing campaigns and key indicators of the conversion funnel.
  • Conducting email campaigns

Qualification requirements:

  • Experience in digital sales and/or marketing (minimum 2 years);
  • knowledge of the English language;
  • Experience in successfully developing and implementing digital strategies;
  • In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, tools and best practices;
  • use of analytical tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer, etc);
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices;
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems would be a plus.
