Main function-duties:

  • Development/leadership of the company’s long-term marketing and corporate communications strategy;
  • Evaluation of brand management and setting the necessary goals for the improvement of appropriate processes, drawing up and leading a time-bound plan, establishing/managing brand guidelines;
  • Establishing and monitoring the necessary budgeting issues in terms of marketing and communications;
  • Processing data, statistics and metrics related to guests, company partners and employees for marketing purposes;
  • Ensuring the efficient distribution of the company’s marketing resources;
  • Systematic monitoring of market trends and their consideration in terms of strategic goals;
  • Work closely with the operational and administrative teams of the company’s owned and managed facilities to research internal and external marketing/communications needs and effectively manage work processes;
  • Effective management of marketing and communications internal and external (Oursource-partners) teams, taking care of their career development and qualification improvement;
  • Developing the company’s digital marketing strategy, ensuring effective management of social media;
  • Effectively implement necessary procedures for creating marketing content, copywriting and graphic design for the company, processing reports received from appropriate internal/external employees/companies;
  • Development/presentation of marketing campaigns and initiatives with direct supervisors and other relevant persons;
  • Representing the company to the media, at public meetings or conferences, in terms of marketing and communication.

Qualification requirements:

  • Higher education in marketing and corporate communications;
  • English language skills, verbal/non-verbal, at the level of perfect communication and reporting;
  • Knowledge of computer and office programs;
  • Responsibility, ability to work in a team, effective communication skills;
  • Organization, discipline, punctuality;
  • Experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry would be an advantage.
