Main Duties:
- Planning, coordinating, implementing procurement;
- Procurement analysis;
- Periodic updating of the supplier database;
- Monitoring and optimizing the timeliness, quality, frequency of procurement costs;
- Finding suppliers in both the local and foreign markets and negotiating with them;
- Market research, determining the best alternatives and purchasing products on the most acceptable terms;
- Planning transportation procedures and market research of transport companies for each procurement;
- Implementation of electronic customs procedures;
- Providing weekly cash flow to accounting according to purchases;
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Knowledge of office programs;
- Knowledge of Russian and English languages; (at the communication level)
- Teamwork skills;
- Experience in construction and repair procurement is considered an advantage.
- 2-3 years of experience in procurement.
