Main Duties:

  • Planning, coordinating, implementing procurement;
  • Procurement analysis;
  • Periodic updating of the supplier database;
  • Monitoring and optimizing the timeliness, quality, frequency of procurement costs;
  • Finding suppliers in both the local and foreign markets and negotiating with them;
  • Market research, determining the best alternatives and purchasing products on the most acceptable terms;
  • Planning transportation procedures and market research of transport companies for each procurement;
  • Implementation of electronic customs procedures;
  • Providing weekly cash flow to accounting according to purchases;

Requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • Knowledge of office programs;
  • Knowledge of Russian and English languages; (at the communication level)
  • Teamwork skills;
  • Experience in construction and repair procurement is considered an advantage.
  • 2-3 years of experience in procurement.
