Main Duties:

  • Purchase office supplies, including stationery, hygiene products, and other inventory
  • Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive experience
  • Optimize office expenses and ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Support HR in organization-related matters
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs
  • Ensure a well-maintained, organized, and functional workspace

Requirements:

  • Prepare and manage agreements, annexes, acceptances, and handovers
  • Handle customer registration
