Main Duties:
- Purchase office supplies, including stationery, hygiene products, and other inventory
- Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive experience
- Optimize office expenses and ensure timely payment of invoices
- Support HR in organization-related matters
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs
- Ensure a well-maintained, organized, and functional workspace
Requirements:
- Prepare and manage agreements, annexes, acceptances, and handovers
- Handle customer registration
