Main Duties:
- Effective management of customer portfolio and establishment of long-term partnership relationships based on trust;
- Administrative support of the customer and full provision of requested information;
- Work on eliminating customer problems and ensuring their retention;
- Conducting presentations (onboarding) for new customers, providing instructions and meetings if necessary.
- Offering/selling additional services to existing customers in the portfolio (upsell);
Qualification requirements:
- Experience in face-to-face, telephone and written communication with customers;
- Experience in working in an internal program and reflecting changes;
- Sales experience
