Main Duties:

  • Effective management of customer portfolio and establishment of long-term partnership relationships based on trust;
  • Administrative support of the customer and full provision of requested information;
  • Work on eliminating customer problems and ensuring their retention;
  • Conducting presentations (onboarding) for new customers, providing instructions and meetings if necessary.
  • Offering/selling additional services to existing customers in the portfolio (upsell);

Qualification requirements:

  • Experience in face-to-face, telephone and written communication with customers;
  • Experience in working in an internal program and reflecting changes;
  • Sales experience
