Main Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing the full cycle of hotel operations;
- Responsible for the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service quality;
- Budgeting, financial control and revenue optimization;
- Collaboration with sales, marketing and business development teams;
- Managing relationships with partner agencies, tour operators and the MICE segment;
- Personnel management: hiring, training, motivating and evaluating;
- Controlling the technical condition, safety and quality of the hotel;
- Managing relationships with local communities, government agencies and industry associations;
- Developing strategic plans, operational KPIs and being accountable for their implementation.
Qualification requirements:
- Higher education in hotel management, business administration or a related field;
- MBA or specialized Hospitality certificates will be considered an advantage;
- At least 7 years of experience in the hotel industry, of which at least 3 years in a leadership position (GM, Deputy GM);
- Required: Experience in managing a 4 or 5 star hotel;
- Good knowledge of financial reporting, analysis and budget management;
- Experience working on e-platforms;
- Full knowledge of Georgian, English and Russian languages is required.
