Main Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Managing the full cycle of hotel operations;
  •  Responsible for the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service quality;
  •  Budgeting, financial control and revenue optimization;
  •  Collaboration with sales, marketing and business development teams;
  •  Managing relationships with partner agencies, tour operators and the MICE segment;
  •  Personnel management: hiring, training, motivating and evaluating;
  •  Controlling the technical condition, safety and quality of the hotel;
  •  Managing relationships with local communities, government agencies and industry associations;
  •  Developing strategic plans, operational KPIs and being accountable for their implementation.

Qualification requirements:

  •  Higher education in hotel management, business administration or a related field;
  •  MBA or specialized Hospitality certificates will be considered an advantage;
  •  At least 7 years of experience in the hotel industry, of which at least 3 years in a leadership position (GM, Deputy GM);
  •  Required: Experience in managing a 4 or 5 star hotel;
  •  Good knowledge of financial reporting, analysis and budget management;
  •  Experience working on e-platforms;
  •  Full knowledge of Georgian, English and Russian languages ​​is required.
