Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage digital marketing strategy
- Plan, launch and optimize advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Increase lead generation and improve conversion
- Monitor web analytics (Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
- Define KPIs and analyze results
- Manage budget and maximize ROI
- Research new channels and opportunities
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams
Qualification requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms
- Analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience in campaign optimization (CPA, CPL, ROAS)
