Main functions and responsibilities:
- Preparation of annual budget;
- Preparation of preliminary and final cost estimates of projects;
- Maintaining a project register and preparing monthly reports;
- Preparation of budget execution reports;
- Performing standard accounting and financial operations of the organization;
- Participation in determining priorities and preparing relevant financial plans;
- Analysis and control of the general financial condition of the organization;
- Preparation of various types of information on the financial and economic activities of the organization;
- Implementation of financial settlements in accordance with the conclusion drawn up based on the monitoring of issued grants;
- Submission of reports to the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia;
- Other related tasks that serve the purpose of the job and/or are necessary for the proper performance of the duties of the function.
Qualification requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Work experience: at least 3 years of work experience.
- Knowledge of legal acts
