Main functions and responsibilities:

  • Preparation of annual budget;
  • Preparation of preliminary and final cost estimates of projects;
  • Maintaining a project register and preparing monthly reports;
  • Preparation of budget execution reports;
  • Performing standard accounting and financial operations of the organization;
  • Participation in determining priorities and preparing relevant financial plans;
  • Analysis and control of the general financial condition of the organization;
  • Preparation of various types of information on the financial and economic activities of the organization;
  • Implementation of financial settlements in accordance with the conclusion drawn up based on the monitoring of issued grants;
  • Submission of reports to the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia;
  • Other related tasks that serve the purpose of the job and/or are necessary for the proper performance of the duties of the function.

Qualification requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Work experience: at least 3 years of work experience.
  • Knowledge of legal acts
