In this position, your responsibilities will be:

  • Brand positioning and strategy definition;
  • Communication with brand representatives;
  • Seasonal, annual budgeting and ensuring appropriate purchases;
  • Choosing collections in brand showrooms;
  • Product pricing, margin planning and control;
  • Defining and implementing a balance allocation strategy in the store network;
  • Caring for the implementation of KPI indicators defined by the company, planning incentive offers;
  • Implementation of financial indicators – GROSS MARGIN, RPM, SELLTROUGH, BUSINESS PLAN;
  • Preparing a commercial calendar and implementing it together with the marketing team;
    Active involvement in visual merchandising according to brand standards;
    Continuous analysis of competitors.

We will need from you:

  • Higher education (preferably in business administration);
  • At least 1 year of work experience in the position of Brand Manager (preference will be given to candidates who have experience working in the fashion industry, especially in the footwear sector);
  • Fluent in English and Russian;
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs (especially advanced knowledge of MS Excel);
  • Purposefulness and results-oriented;
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions independently;
  • Organization and ability to plan/coordinate work;
  • Analytical thinking;
  • High level of responsibility;
  • Detail-oriented.
