Main functions and responsibilities:
- Searching for new corporate clients
- Managing existing clients and developing long-term partnerships
- Managing the full sales cycle — from initial communication to proposal preparation, negotiation and closing the deal
- Identifying client needs and offering appropriate software/service solutions
- Preparing commercial offers, presentations and sales documentation
- Regularly reflecting the sales process, activities and progress in the CRM system
- Executing sales plans and achieving monthly KPIs
- Coordinating with partner brands and the internal team
- Participating in events, presentations, meetings and business development activities
Qualification requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills Skills
- Experience working with corporate clients
- Ability to plan and manage the sales process
- Commercial mindset and result orientation
- Experience in preparing presentations and proposals
- Very good knowledge of Georgian and English
- Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage
- Experience working with CRM systems will be considered an advantage
