Main functions and responsibilities:

  • Searching for new corporate clients
  • Managing existing clients and developing long-term partnerships
  • Managing the full sales cycle — from initial communication to proposal preparation, negotiation and closing the deal
  • Identifying client needs and offering appropriate software/service solutions
  • Preparing commercial offers, presentations and sales documentation
  • Regularly reflecting the sales process, activities and progress in the CRM system
  • Executing sales plans and achieving monthly KPIs
  • Coordinating with partner brands and the internal team
  • Participating in events, presentations, meetings and business development activities

Qualification requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills Skills
  • Experience working with corporate clients
  • Ability to plan and manage the sales process
  • Commercial mindset and result orientation
  • Experience in preparing presentations and proposals
  • Very good knowledge of Georgian and English
  • Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage
  • Experience working with CRM systems will be considered an advantage
