Main functions and responsibilities:

  • Management of daily processes on the site, control and organization of work groups;
  • Construction quality control and compliance of the work performed with drawings and specifications;
  • Detection of defects in the work performed and monitoring of its correction;
  • Acceptance/handover of the work performed based on internal documentation;
  • Control of compliance with safety standards on the site and monitoring the use of PPE;
  • Construction resource management – receipt, distribution of materials and control of supplies. Initiation of replenishment of supplies as needed;
  • Optimization of equipment and labor resources;
  • Preparation of weekly/daily reports for the project manager;
  • Production of work logs and acts;
  • Recording of attendance, work performed and materials;
  • Communication with contractors and subcontractors;
  • Cooperation with technical supervisors and architects.

Qualification requirements:

  • Technical or higher education in the construction field;
  • At least 3-4 years of practical experience in site management;
  • Experience in managing medium to large construction teams;
  • Ability to read drawings and understand technical details;
  • Optimal management of work schedules and resources;
  • Knowledge of safety standards and experience in ensuring them.
