About the course

Purpose

The goal of the course is to provide you with practical experience and knowledge that will help you secure a Junior Recruiter position in any organization.

The course offers an innovative approach that involves your participation in real recruitment processes under the guidance of professional mentors. This model gives you the opportunity to develop all the essential skills required for a recruiter and apply them in practice.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to

  • Conduct job analysis and identify organizational needs

  • Perform job evaluation and develop job descriptions

  • Apply best recruitment practices, platforms, channels, and analyze labor market trends

  • Manage candidate databases and contribute to business continuity planning within human capital management

  • Use effective interviewing and candidate assessment methods

  • Measure recruitment process effectiveness

  • Work with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), manage candidate experience, and maintain candidate databases

  • Apply recruitment and sourcing strategies for emerging professions

What are the eligibility requirements?

  • Participants of the practical course should be able to dedicate approximately 10 hours per week for one month to complete practice assignments and related activities.

  • Managing Partner at SMART Support, a business consulting and services company.
  • She has 20+ years of professional experience across research, HR, and operations. Lika has worked with leading international and Georgian companies across several industries, including FMCG, consulting, banking, and construction.
  • She is a Certified Coach of Erickson Coaching International.

Sopo Kacharava

  • Partner at SMART Support and Lead of Development.
  • She has 5 years of experience in HR, specializing in recruitment. Sopo is knowledgeable in IT & Tech recruitment principles and has worked with companies across different industries, gaining a strong understanding of their specific needs.

In addition to recruitment, she has contributed to process digitalization and optimization initiatives.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the School of Management and Social Sciences at Free University.
