- She has 5 years of experience in HR, specializing in recruitment. Sopio is knowledgeable in IT & Tech Recruitment principles and has worked with companies across various industries, gaining strong understanding of sector-specific requirements.
- In addition to her core responsibilities, she has contributed to process digitalization and optimization initiatives.
- She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Social Sciences.
Shako Razmadze
- Shako currently works at SMART Support, a business consulting and services company, where he is responsible for data analysis, implementation of automation processes, and improving data management systems.
- He actively uses Excel in his daily work for KPI monitoring and supporting business decision-making.
- Within the HR Management and Recruitment Practice course, he delivers Excel lectures, teaching students data processing, formulas, Pivot Tables, and automation tools such as Conditional Formatting and Data Validation.
