About the course

The goal of the IT & Tech Recruitment course is to provide students with theoretical knowledge of sourcing and selecting IT & Tech professionals, while also enabling them to gain practical experience through managing real recruitment processes.

This course is designed to help recruiters navigate the complexity of the dynamic IT & Tech industry and effectively manage recruitment processes. It covers not only technical fundamentals but also essential skills in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

Upon completion of the course, professionals working in Tech Recruiting will be able to manage the full recruitment cycle and gain experience in the following areas:

  • Trends in local and international markets

  • IT & Tech industry structure and roles

  • Foundational understanding of different technology stacks

  • Founder and Director of Smart Academy, digital agency Smart Web, Software Testers Academy, and Nikola Tesla School.
  • His startup Ready Web is a partner of a Silicon Valley venture fund.
  • In 2011, he founded Smart Web, a digital agency operating in both Georgian and international markets. The company’s clients include Coca-Cola, UNDP, Europe Foundation, Toyota, Hyundai, Schwarzkopf, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Julius Meinl, Adjarabet, Crocobet, Elit Electronics, Aversi, and others.
  • Rati has over 12 years of experience in IT project management and has worked on more than 300 IT projects, including both web and mobile applications. He is also a Full-Stack Developer and SEO specialist.
