About the Course
Purpose
The goal of the HR Management course is to introduce students to the fundamental principles, objectives, and administrative processes of human capital management and enable them to apply this knowledge in practice through unique assignments and simulations.Upon completion, participants will be able to design performance management, learning and development strategies, and develop organizational processes, procedures, and policies based on analytics and data-driven insights.

What are the eligibility requirements?
- To enroll in the HR Management course, students must have at least a B1 level of English proficiency
Lecturers:
Lika Kovziridze
- Managing Partner of SMART Support, a business consulting and services company, with 20 years of experience in the service industry, including 15 years in leadership roles.
- She began her management career at the international research company Taylor Nelson Sofres, gaining experience in global corporate standards and startup environments.
- Her career later continued at Bank of Georgia and multinational company Japan Tobacco International, where she developed strong expertise in strategic planning and people management based on international best practices.
- Since 2015, she has held executive roles in research and HR outsourcing companies, both locally and internationally.
- In 2023, she founded her own consulting company, integrating her expertise to support businesses in solving strategic challenges.
- Lika actively collaborates with Smart Academy to design programs that help professionals gain new competencies and deepen existing knowledge. She has completed CU MBA, CIMA, Strategic Leadership Simulation (Michael Kouly), The Science of Well-Being (Yale University), and is a Certified Coach (Erickson Coaching International). She follows the Kaizen philosophy and is passionate about digitalization and automation.
Etuna Zhvania
- HR and Quality Management professional with 13 years of experience.
- She began her HR career at Bank Constanta and later served as Deputy Head of HR at TBC Bank, where she gained extensive experience in mergers and organizational transformations.
- She participated in the collaboration between MERCER and TBC, gaining exposure to global HR standards.
- Etuna also led HR at IRAO, a member company of Vienna Insurance Group.
- Currently, she heads HR and Service Quality at Archi. She is dedicated to knowledge sharing and actively supports Smart Academy students with practical insights.
Sopo Kacharava
- Partner at SMART Support and Lead of Development.
- With 5 years of HR experience in recruitment, she specializes in IT & Tech recruitment and has worked with companies across various industries.
- She has also contributed to process digitalization and optimization initiatives. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Social Sciences.
Lela Kekua
- HR and Professional Development expert with 15 years of experience.
- She began her HR career at Caucasus Online and later worked at ICR as a Training and Career Development Manager.
- She led the HR Department at Georgian Railway, one of Georgia’s largest employers, and supervised vocational education initiatives.
- She has also worked as an HR Consultant at Adjara Group and currently represents IBA Group in Georgia.
- Lela is committed to continuous development and to sharing practical knowledge that supports students’ professional growth.
