Main Duties:
- Planning, monitoring and implementing sales strategies.
- Analysis and monitoring of competitor activities, evaluation of price indices in comparison with competitors.
- Sales analytics by channels and customers.
- Sales analysis by customers.
- POSM development – development of quality POSM from scratch, in accordance with brand guidelines, with assessment of POSM effectiveness in the store.
- Creation of performance standards in the store, effective communication with sales.
- Implementation and support of non-standard advertising mechanics.
- Introduction of new products, planning of volumes and their distribution, development of sales strategy, strict monitoring of results after implementation.
- Preparation of reporting presentations on the channel for the LT team.
- Filling in personal accounts of trading platforms – information, visuals, descriptions.
- Monitoring of exposure, photos and promotions on websites and applications.
- Analysis of sales KPI implementation (contracts, promotions, visualization and promo).
- Working with marketing tools in the E-comm channel, as well as their development (banners, push notifications, contextual advertising) and in the Professional channel (POSM materials, sampling, events).
- Calculation of investments.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in the same position
- Knowledge of Russian/English as a communication language
- Fluent knowledge of Excel – raw data analysis, Pivot table, VLOOKUP;
- Creating Power Point presentations;
- Experience in trade marketing or distribution will be considered an advantage;
- Experience in working with visual and POSM will be considered an advantage;
