Main Duties:
- Creating and implementing a strategy for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.);
- Creating, creating and managing a weekly and monthly content calendar;
- Promoting relevant products based on demand on the network;
- Controlling the budgeting, planning and execution of marketing campaigns (using Facebook Ads Manager and other tools);
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance;
- Analyzing results and preparing relevant reports. Monitoring and reporting on key metrics (Reach, Engagement, CTR, Followers, CPM, etc.);
- Constantly monitoring social media trends and implementing innovative approaches, both locally and for the international market;
- Coordination with influencers, organizing meetings and receiving/recording content;
- Performing other tasks arising in the work process by the immediate supervisor;
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience working as a social media manager;
- Experience working with advertising campaigns (including Meta Ads, Google Ads is preferred);
- Fluent writing skills in Georgian and English;
- Knowledge of the process of creating photo and video content (experience working with Canva, CapCut or similar programs will be considered an advantage);
- Possession of analytical skills and the ability to make data-based decisions;
- Good communication and self-organization skills;
- Knowledge of the English language is required;
