Main Duties:

  • Participate in determining the need for marketing purchases of printing materials/external design;
  • Participate in processing information about ordered printing products;
  • Participate in determining the marketing procurement plan;
  • Search for information about the objects to be purchased (optimal supplier, prices, characteristics, etc.);
  • Determine the conditions of the purchased services/goods;
  • Maintain procurement statistics;
  • If necessary, ensure local procurement;
  • Control obligations with suppliers;
  • Produce the necessary documentation for the implementation of purchases (contracts, acceptance and delivery, accounting and legal acts);
  • Monitor the cost of products (to insure against price increases);
  • Control obligations with suppliers, draw up a plan for transferring funds;
  • Participate in the import and logistics of goods;

Requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • Experience in a similar position;
  • Experience working with printing houses and/or advertising companies;
  • Knowledge of foreign languages;
  • Knowledge of MS Office.

  • Detail-oriented;
  • Negotiation skills.
