Main functions and responsibilities:

  • Search for leads in the physical area (field-visits) and identify buildings by districts
  • Description of leads (buildings) according to a specified checklist and their registration in the internal system
  • Conducting informational communication with residents (face-to-face meetings, conversations, short presentations and, if necessary, organizing meetings)
  • Presenting agreement documents to building residents in a clear and understandable form
  • Timely collection of consents/signatures on agreement documents
  • Detailed description of the building structure and needs and timely transfer of information to the Senior Sales Manager
  • Visiting the office at least twice a week for the purpose of planning work and reporting on results

Qualification requirements:

  • Must have a driver’s license;
  • 1 year of work experience in the field of sales
