Main responsibilities:
- Search, plan and optimally match cargo and vehicles for organizing shipments
- Prepare competitive and individually tailored transport offers for clients
- Active communication with international and local cargo suppliers and effective coordination of loads
- Negotiation to optimize prices, conditions and routes
- Constant monitoring of the cargo movement process and timely provision of information to clients in accordance with company standards
- Manage the full cycle of transport documentation (invoices, contracts, CMR, insurance, etc.)
- Control of financial operations (monitoring payments, deposits and debts)
- Serve existing clients and search for new partners and offer services
- Active participation in improving logistics processes
Requirements:
- Experience in logistics or transport
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- High sense of responsibility
- Teamwork skills
- Knowledge of Russian and English
