Course – “HR Management in Practice” begins
Within the framework of the course, students will receive in-depth theoretical knowledge in the main directions of HR and in practice will master the key skills that are necessary for a modern HR professional.
In the selection and recruitment module, participants will study the full cycle of the process from job analysis to final decision-making. They will master interview techniques, personal assessment tools and the specifics of Tech recruitment in practice.
As for administration and labor law, graduates will get acquainted with the legislation regulating labor relations and the principles of document management. They will master the process of creating and implementing HR policies, the administration of working time and disciplinary offenses, as well as the full cycle of labor remuneration (Payroll) and its compliance with regulations.
In the area of learning, development and assessment, students will study 180° and 360° assessment systems. They will master the principles of providing constructive feedback, talent management tools and personal development models. In addition, they will learn about motivation theories, identifying learning needs and employee recognition initiatives.
