The fifth cohort of the course “HR Management and Recruiting Practice” has concluded. Our team extends heartfelt gratitude to all participants for engaging in this intensive and diverse learning process.
Within the framework of the course, participants gained a solid foundation in the main directions of human resources management and practically went through the full recruitment cycle. In addition to beginner HR professionals, the course was also attended by experienced specialists who deepened their knowledge and acquired new experience in the field of selection.
For us, the participants’ feedback is especially important for the further improvement of the course. We would like to share with you part of the received evaluations:
“The course significantly deepened my knowledge of human resource management principles and recruitment strategies. The course not only strengthened my theoretical base but also developed practical skills – I particularly highlight working on real cases and the approaches oriented towards the current demands of the labor market. The technical side was also well-organized and maximally oriented towards student comfort.”
“Smart Academy truly met my expectations. I think it is very important that such courses exist, which enrich the student’s knowledge not only theoretically but also with practical skills, and which are led by highly competent lecturers. It is also important that the technical direction is well-organized. In evaluating the completed course, I can say that all these components were satisfied, and the offered course was quite effective and student development-oriented.”
“The lecturer possessed deep knowledge in this field. They precisely emphasized issues that are most fundamental and important in the broad administrative direction. The sharing of many important details, as well as the discussion of cases from personal experience, gave me the opportunity to easily understand many complex issues related to the administration process.”
“The discussions were quite open and diverse, which created a pleasant and motivated learning atmosphere. Furthermore, topics that seemed familiar to everyone were discussed in sufficient detail and from a necessary professional perspective for us, which will allow me to understand and appreciate issues related to motivation in practical activities differently.”
