The course “HR Management and Recruitment Practice” continues in its active phase and the participants have already completed a significant part of the program. At this stage, they have become familiar with the main directions of human resource management and have begun practical work on various aspects of HR processes.

In the first part of the program, the participants discussed the role of HR in the organization, the importance of organizational structure and the basic principles of strategic HR management. Special attention was paid to the compliance of HR strategy with business goals and the role of HR in the organization’s development process.

Within the framework of the course, participants also work with data, including using Excel, in order to better understand the importance of data analysis in HR decision-making and learn how to prepare reports and interpret information.

The program has already discussed the basics of recruitment and planning the selection process. Participants learn job analysis, candidate profiling, sourcing sources, and the basic principles of interviewing.

The lectures include both theoretical knowledge and practical examples and exercises, which allow participants to better understand HR processes in the context of a real work environment.

Feedback from participants during the training process is especially important to us. It is this feedback that allows us to constantly improve the program and adapt it even more to the requirements of the real work environment.

We would like to share with you some of the participants’ evaluations:
