Key Functions and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring accounting and financial record-keeping in compliance with Georgian legislation and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Preparing and analyzing accounting records, financial statements, and other reports.
- Recording banking transactions in the software and monitoring balances.
- Processing procurement transactions from the RS (Revenue Service) portal into the software.
- Recording services provided by individuals in the software.
- Allocating business trip expenses to the appropriate expense account based on the relevant order.
- Sending monthly sales/billing statements to tenant companies.
- Accruing salaries, insurance, and dividends to the appropriate accounts.
- Monitoring accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Entering statistical data into the relevant portal.
- Managing the financial year/month/quarter closing process.
- Maintaining and archiving accounting information and documentation.
- Carrying out tasks assigned by the Director and immediate supervisor as needed.
- Qualification Requirements:
Higher education in Finance.
- At least 5 years of work experience as an accountant.
- Experience working with 1C software. Comprehensive knowledge of the Tax Code of Georgia.
- Experience in processing tax declarations.
- Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Proficiency in office software.
