Deputy CFO’s main responsibilities:
- Participation in the development and management of the company’s business strategy;
- Contribution to the analysis of results, both internally and externally, including interaction with directors and investors;
- Collaboration with the company’s financial controller in planning and coordinating financial information for operational management;
- Research of necessary financial data for the company’s operations;
- Leadership in the budgeting process and provision of recommendations for various service areas;
- Analysis and application of financial methodologies and standards to ensure effective and improved processes;
- Coordination of financial reporting and analysis of periodic financial reports;
- Organization of the audit process and presentation of the company’s financial statements to external auditors;
- Coordination of reporting for regulatory commissions in the telecommunications industry;
- Qualitative management skills in a team.
Qualifications required:
- Higher education in business administration or finance;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior managerial position with a focus on finance in a major company;
- Proficiency in the English language at a high level (C1);
- Result-oriented mindset;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Critical and analytical thinking;
- Team management skills.
