Deputy CFO’s main responsibilities:

  • Participation in the development and management of the company’s business strategy;
  • Contribution to the analysis of results, both internally and externally, including interaction with directors and investors;
  • Collaboration with the company’s financial controller in planning and coordinating financial information for operational management;
  • Research of necessary financial data for the company’s operations;
  • Leadership in the budgeting process and provision of recommendations for various service areas;
  • Analysis and application of financial methodologies and standards to ensure effective and improved processes;
  • Coordination of financial reporting and analysis of periodic financial reports;
  • Organization of the audit process and presentation of the company’s financial statements to external auditors;
  • Coordination of reporting for regulatory commissions in the telecommunications industry;
  • Qualitative management skills in a team.

Qualifications required:

  • Higher education in business administration or finance;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior managerial position with a focus on finance in a major company;
  • Proficiency in the English language at a high level (C1);
  • Result-oriented mindset;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Critical and analytical thinking;
  • Team management skills.
