Main functions and responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the activities of the sales team and managing their daily processes
  • Preparing individual offers tailored to the objects found by the Field Manager
  • Transforming offers tailored to leads into contracts
  • Communicating with customers in person and by phone in accordance with company standards
  • Leading communication with corps managers and participating in meetings
  • Presenting the company’s services and products and answering customer questions
  • Conducting neighborhood meetings, presentations and organizing surveys (door-to-door or online) if necessary
  • Ensuring coordinated cooperation with internal departments
  • Effective management of sales processes, information flows and data software accounting
  • Using the CRM system in accordance with company procedures
  • Responsible for the implementation of monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans
  • Delegating tasks to sales team members and monitoring their work
  • Determining ways to attract and interest new customers for the purpose of long-term cooperation
  • Standard Adherence to tariffs and reaching an agreement with the sales manager in non-standard cases
  • Complete adherence to company standards at all stages of customer relations

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales;
  • Some experience in team management
