Main functions and responsibilities:
- Search for leads in the physical area (field-visits) and identify buildings by districts
- Description of leads (buildings) according to a specified checklist and their registration in the internal system
- Conducting informational communication with residents (face-to-face meetings, conversations, short presentations and, if necessary, organizing meetings)
- Presenting agreement documents to building residents in a clear and understandable form
- Timely collection of consents/signatures on agreement documents
- Detailed description of the building structure and needs and timely transfer of information to the Senior Sales Manager
- Visiting the office at least twice a week for the purpose of planning work and reporting on results
Qualification requirements:
- Must have a driver’s license;
- 1 year of work experience in the field of sales
