Main functions and responsibilities:
- Selection and processing of incoming leads from various online channels, including:
- Processing requests from social media
- Clarification of information transmitted by the call center.
- Processing data received through online forms on the website, email or other marketing channels and selecting databases.
- Evaluation of incoming leads according to predefined criteria (checklist) and their registration in the system.
- Conducting informational communication with potential customers via telephone or online platforms.
- Transfer of information: detailed description of the needs of the population and timely transfer of information to the Senior Sales Manager.
- Attending building meetings and door-to-door visits with the Senior Sales Manager to familiarize themselves with the offer and collect signatures.
