Main functions and responsibilities:

  • Selection and processing of incoming leads from various online channels, including:
    • Processing requests from social media
    • Clarification of information transmitted by the call center.
    • Processing data received through online forms on the website, email or other marketing channels and selecting databases.
  • Evaluation of incoming leads according to predefined criteria (checklist) and their registration in the system.
  • Conducting informational communication with potential customers via telephone or online platforms.
  • Transfer of information: detailed description of the needs of the population and timely transfer of information to the Senior Sales Manager.
  • Attending building meetings and door-to-door visits with the Senior Sales Manager to familiarize themselves with the offer and collect signatures.
