Main Duties:

  • Planning, monitoring and implementing sales strategies.
  • Analysis and monitoring of competitor activities, evaluation of price indices in comparison with competitors.
  • Sales analytics by channels and customers.
  • Sales analysis by customers.
  • POSM development – development of quality POSM from scratch, in accordance with brand guidelines, with assessment of POSM effectiveness in the store.
  • Creation of performance standards in the store, effective communication with sales.
  • Implementation and support of non-standard advertising mechanics.
  • Introduction of new products, planning of volumes and their distribution, development of sales strategy, strict monitoring of results after implementation.
  • Preparation of reporting presentations on the channel for the LT team.
  • Filling in personal accounts of trading platforms – information, visuals, descriptions.
  • Monitoring of exposure, photos and promotions on websites and applications.
  • Analysis of sales KPI implementation (contracts, promotions, visualization and promo).
  • Working with marketing tools in the E-comm channel, as well as their development (banners, push notifications, contextual advertising) and in the Professional channel (POSM materials, sampling, events).
  • Calculation of investments.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the same position
  • Knowledge of Russian/English as a communication language
  • Fluent knowledge of Excel – raw data analysis, Pivot table, VLOOKUP;
  • Creating Power Point presentations;
  • Experience in trade marketing or distribution will be considered an advantage;
  • Experience in working with visual and POSM will be considered an advantage;
