Main Duties:

  • Manage procurement processes in accordance with approved procurement policies and procedures;
  • Conduct the procurement process within a reasonable timeframe;
  • Search for local suppliers in the market and agree on the terms of cooperation;
  • Within the framework of the project, constantly and closely cooperate with the direct project manager / and any ordering department.
  • Within the framework of the project, manage the procurement plan taking into account the agreed deadlines;
  • Receive technical specifications, verify all details;
  • Conduct unplanned procurement taking into account the cost approval procedures;
  • Conduct the procurement process in accordance with ISO standards;
  • Determine priorities;
  • Negotiate payment terms with the supplier in accordance with the established procedure;
  • Analyze procurement, develop proposals for maximum automation with the immediate superior.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the construction sector is required
  • Higher education in a relevant field;
  • Knowledge of English and/or Russian is preferred;
  • Experience working in any accounting program is an advantage;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
