Main Duties:
- Manage procurement processes in accordance with approved procurement policies and procedures;
- Conduct the procurement process within a reasonable timeframe;
- Search for local suppliers in the market and agree on the terms of cooperation;
- Within the framework of the project, constantly and closely cooperate with the direct project manager / and any ordering department.
- Within the framework of the project, manage the procurement plan taking into account the agreed deadlines;
- Receive technical specifications, verify all details;
- Conduct unplanned procurement taking into account the cost approval procedures;
- Conduct the procurement process in accordance with ISO standards;
- Determine priorities;
- Negotiate payment terms with the supplier in accordance with the established procedure;
- Analyze procurement, develop proposals for maximum automation with the immediate superior.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in the construction sector is required
- Higher education in a relevant field;
- Knowledge of English and/or Russian is preferred;
- Experience working in any accounting program is an advantage;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
