Main Duties:
- Preparation of cash flow reports, weekly update according to the fact and accordingly review of planned operations by the end of the month, timely identification of cash resource needs.
- Control of demand/payment terms and transfers of liabilities with counterparties
- Regular control of the company’s debtors (limit control, overdue control)
- Preparation of monthly month-end closing reports: debtors, creditors; inventory reserves; debtors’ reserves, etc.
- Assessment of the company’s currency risks, regular monitoring and control of the currency position.
- Control of inventory balances (identification of idle balances, communication);
- Formation, conduct of inventory calendars, identification and communication of deficiencies;
- Control over capital expenditures and repairs, monitor compliance with the budget and sign off on relevant requisition forms;
- Sign off on contracts related to production raw materials;
- Initiate insurance tenders, manage the process;
- Participate in the budgeting process – capital expenditures and repairs;
- Debtors; Creditors.
- Participate in the audit process;
- Study, analyze existing processes in the treasury, identify and ensure opportunities for their improvement, write down processes / procedures;
Requirements:
- Experience in treasury and working capital management, preferably in a similar sector.
- Experience in creating cash flow reports.
