Main Duties:

  • Developing and updating the quality control plan for the construction project;
  • Preparing the inspection and testing schedule;
  • Regular inspection of construction materials, processes and work performed;
  • Confirming the compliance of the work performed with the project documentation and technical requirements;
  • Preparing inspection, testing and compliance reports;
  • Conducting laboratory tests and analyzing the results;
  • Maintaining and maintaining quality records;
  • Cooperating with project management, engineers, contractors and state supervision bodies;
  • Checking material certificates;
  • Monitoring compliance with construction norms and standards;
  • Checking compliance with Georgian construction norms and Eurocodes;
  • Monitoring insulation works;
  • Preparing quality reports.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the relevant field is required;
  • Knowledge of construction technologies;
  • Knowledge of Georgian and international construction standards;
  • Ability to use laboratory equipment;
  • Experience in project support;
  • Preference will be given to candidates with an education in engineering, construction or technical fields and/or have completed quality management courses.
